Windows icing up, heater blowing moist air 850 1996

I had the ac evaporator replaced last May. Since then, I have been having some problems with humidity. Now that it is sub-zero out, all the inside windows ice up instantly and stay completely frozen. I took it to the Volvo dealership today and they replaced the thermostat for a mere $149. The windows still freeze up completely and it feels as if the heater is blowing warm, moist air. Anyone have any ideas about what could be the problem? Thanks.
