S60-check engine light/high temp warning S60 2002

Our S 60 seems to have an electronics glitch. The check engine keeps coming on, The more aggravating thing is that the high temp, stop engine immediately light comes on when ever it gets below about 0 degrees outside (I find that ironic). This happens right when the car is started, and seems not to happen when it is above freezing. The dealer replaced the temp sensor last visit and replaced the whole freaking ECM yesterday, and it happened again last night. Any thoughts?
