Volvo 850 R 1995 rim question 850

I am having my rims (1995 850R 17" 5 spokes) professionally refinished. I got a call from the factory that 3 of the rims were done and looked good. The fourth rim was missing "inserts" in the wholes used to mount the rim. I've called to Volvo parts places (dealer and independent) and no one seems to know what I'm talking about. Can anyone tell me what i am looking for and where to get them? Thanks...
