Electric seat, backrest nor working

Hi, the backrest of the driver electrical seat it's not workning, the motor sound but the backrest doesn't move, it seems this has a torque cable wich must be replaced, wich means a hard upholstry job.

The real problema it's the backrest it's in a very uncortable position, i want to move a normal position manually ( before I can afford suche kind of expense), but i can't find any information about it.

Any sugestion?
