1999 v70 xc, would appreciate any comments. V70-XC70 1999

Please help fill me in on this potential purchase, Im not really looking for a money pit, but Im a volvo fan. This car drives well, interior is a little less than perfect(powerseat fwd. switch not working, a little "used" all in all. The price is $10500 and the car has 95000mi. It test drove well except for a clunk in the drive train between what I think is 2nd and 3rd. Dealer says "throttle control module" was just replaced, Im assuming he meant ETC/EPT module, does that sound right? Should the 1999 xc's be avoided all together or do we have some exceptions out there? Thanks for your advice. Jason
