02 V70 wagon. Radio will not turn on V70-XC70

Friday night I drove the car and the radio was on, Saturday I got in the car and the radio was off and I could not get it to come on.

My first thought was a fuse, I read through the owner's manual, and replaced both "Audio system" fuses but still no stereo. I reviewed the reference guide for the fuses under the hood and in the back of the vehicle but none appeared to interact with the stereo, at least according to the owner's manual.

Am I missing something?
