V70 Turbo & V70 AWD Turbo Reliability? V70-XC70

Hello all!
I have been an owner of a 1993 945 Turbo for several years now. I enjoy it's power and reliabilty. We picked up a 1998 S70 for my wife and I like the car alot. I would like to upgrade to a V70 Turbo or V70 AWD Turbo soon. Just wondering what to be on the lookout for maintenance-wise and reliability-wise. I live in Buffalo, NY and the AWD would be nice...but I don't really care either way. Any recomendations??
