OBD II S70

Equus is a good model and can be had for about US120 or so, I own one. http://www.iequus.com/item.asp?cid=10&pid=3100. Equus has a new model that has functionality that S70 does not support. THE INNOVA® 3110 CanOBD2™. HOWEVER:
to get the access to the same quality of information that a Volvo dealer or mechanic has, you will need a very costly (1k+) tool called VCT2000 that is Volvo specific (if not please correct me) that could be available here: http://www.myswedishparts.com/. This tool will allow your to run a comprehensive diagnostic on your laptop, provided of course, that your spring for VADIS software (possibly available from Ebay or somesuch) possibly another US100. To do a reprogramming on your Volvo computer you will need subscription to VADIS computer in Sweden that costs really big bucks or take it to a dealer.
