fog lights 850 1994

1994 models didn't come with front fog lights? My pocket data booklet says slot 18 is empty for 1994 and a 15 amp for 1995 with front fog lights. There is no wire from the main lighting relay to slot 18 to power the front fogs.
If the previous owner added them, you will have to follow the wires from the lights and from the switch in the cabin. Sorry,
