Squeal/grind in belt drives on cold startup 850

When I start my '95 855T with 123k miles on cold mornings (below 40F), there is an obvious bearing squeal or squeaking noise coming from somewhere in the drive belt system. Sometimes on initial startup it even sounds like a quick whistling sound, then it settles down to a bearing-type noise. Goes away after 2-3 minutes. Dealer has replaced a couple of pulley wheels (sorry, don't know which ones--at work, no service records here), to no avail. Only happens in cold weather. Dealer doesn't know where else to look, especially since it's hard to duplicate without leaving it parked at the shop overnight--not always possible for me. Any suggestions?
