94 850 turbo wagon auto 101,000 miles 850 1994

Hi, I have an 94 850 turbo with 101000 miles here is the problem it has been at 3 shops over $1800.00 has been spent on it

The car will not idle it drops off and dies. when warm it will idle at a little lower rpm but, in gear it will die out. once warmed up it will idle by itself but will stumble.
The motor seems to be running rich, smell and smoke.

Here is what has been done by the 3 shops

Cleaned throttle body
Cleaned the EGR valve (removed)
Cleaned the Idle sensor (removed)
Sealed the Vacuum Leak in Vacuum tower (removed and siliconed)
Replaced the Vacuum hoses
New MAP sensor
New Thermostat
New Thermostat Sensor
New Fuel filter
New hose clamps
New plug wires
New cap
New rotor
New spark plugs
New gasket throttle body
Cleaned all connections (electric)
Dielectric grease on all connectors
Even though there is a new map sensor (bosch) the onboard computer still gives the 121 fault.

Ant help would be greatly appreciated as I am at my end.

Thanks

Bryan
