Rear Bumper cover drooping in driver side S70

Hi gang...weird one for ya'll...I had my rear bumper painted several months ago and when the put it back on (and it seems to be on correct)..The drivers side corner is drooping a bit lower than the left side..just the corner seems low for some reason..I can even see the corner syrofoam insert??..I can move it more than 1/4 of an inch, which i cant do on the passenger side corner...is there something i can do to secure this..The gap is a bit larger than the other side, its driving me nuts..Am i missing something?...any ideas???..Thanks all
