850 will not start 850

While you're cranking the engine with the fuel pump fuse out, hold the accelerator pedal to the floor. This will open the throttle body butterfly and let the max amount of air through and help dry things out if indeed floodiing is the problem.

My 850 turbo recently had similar rough starting / stalling after fueling up. It was the purge valve that allows venting through the charcoal canister. It would hang open and lean out the mixture. When idling I could hear a strong vacumn sound from just ahead of the driver's side front tire as air was being pulled into the canister and the intake manifold.
