replacing suspension 850 1996

Hi

volvo 850 glt 2.5 1996


i am replacing my front suspension

strut, springs, control arms, sway bar link rods, top mount and spring seat.

1. do i need to replace all the nuts and bolts or can i reuse using thread lock.

2. do i need new spacer sleeves for the strut to knuckle mounting bolts.

any advice would be gratefull
