Crushed front side, front fender hanging loose. From parking ramp pillar! S70 1998

I am having such bad luck with my car lately. Last week it was a mechanical ignition switch failure. Got that fixed $400 later. Now today, I crushed the passenger front of my car by the front lights as I was backing out of a parking ramp space and hit the pillar! Ugh!! I didn't think it was so bad until I got home and looked and saw the big dent and my fender was hanging loose and the side light was dangling. I was able to get the side light back in place, but now I can't get the part that goes around the headlight washer arm so that the fender doesn't just hang there. Any help on getting the fender around the washer arm?

Can anyone tell me how much a front fender costs?

How about a fixing and painting the crushed front side?

I am so bummed!
