Fault code 413 850

Hi All:

Just got my 94 850 out of the shop to have the o2 sensor and exhaust manifold replaced (1,100.00 ouch) and my check engine light came on.

Does anyone know if the EGR temperature sensor is part of the EGR controller? I see it's about a 200.00 part, but wondered if maybe there is just a loose clip somewhere.

Thanks in advance for your help.

460,000 miles, still going strong.
