transmission S80

Personally, I don't know how the coolant affects the transmission except that the radiator basically houses the transmission cooler. No, I don't work for the dealership, I own an independent Volvo repair shop, and I PAY DEARLY for VADIS, and WSDA, and prior to them just recently including the TNN's, Service Bulletins, and Wiring Diagrams in the VADIS or iVADIS subscription, I paid for that as well. Unless a new software update has been made available recently for the TCM, all I show is software part #9438291; Replace software in TCM, which I guess could be viewed as an upgrade...

Why so bitter? All anyone on this board is doing is attempting to help Volvo owners...and a happy Volvo owner is a repeat Volvo owner, which is a win-win for everybody...the company, the dealers, the independents, and the consumers. Breathe in...breathe out...and enjoy the wealth of knowledge on this board, you may just learn something from one of the "consumers".

Sending you a chill pill,

Chris
