Failed Windshield Washer Motor

The windshield washer motor in my 1997 850 still works, but it leaks all the water out of the bottom (hence none gets to the windshield). A small rubber seal between the main body and the bottom removable section is apparently shot.

I have been unsuccessful in finding any aftermaket ones, and the best price I found from a dealer is $65 (Brentwood Volvo in St. Louis, MO). Does anyone know of a less expensive alternative? I'm trying to put as little money in this car as possible. Thanks.
