Looking at an 850R 850

I've got a 740 wagon right now, and I'm looking at a 1997 850R sedan, black, with 17" Volans and a spare set of rims/winter tires, with 125k miles (mostly highway, i assume... the previous owner lived in the burbs), for $9250. Is this a good deal? I am taking the car into my mechanic tomorrow morning to have it checked out... and particular problems with this model he should be looking for? Any advice? I used to have a '93 850GLT, but it got smashed into... i do love these cars
