Can someone provide a detailed description of how to clean the TB on a 99 V70-XC70

I have a 1999 V70. I have been to BAy 13, but there is no detailed description of how to clean the throttle body on a 1999 and above with the ETS.

Any thoughts?

Do I have to get it reprogrammed if I disconnect?

What do I clean it with?

Should I just leave it alone, it has been trouble free
