'Start Prevented' Car not going no where! 'Try Again' XC90 2005

It depends on the service manager, and possibly the owner of the dealer. If it is a GOOD dealer it is possible to get them to replace a select few things under warranty. Schedule a meeting with the service manager and if you fell it is nessecary the dealer owner or general manager. Simply explain your problems and stay calm throughout the meeting. You want them to work with you not just try to get you out the door. If this is not the first volvo you bought from them let them know it. If you have a good record of services with them let them know it (although if there good they'll do their own reserch on your history).

If you are still loosing faith in your dealer you can also call Volvo directly using the number "somewhere" in you owners manual. Within the 12 months and 12k miles they are usally the most helpful since it affects the inital quality score.

Good luck...
