Reseting service light on '03 V70 V70-XC70 2003

I have checked the FAQs and done a forum search on how to reset the service light and there seem to be a conflict of opinions on how to do it..... is the following method correct?

1) turn ignition switch to position 1

2) press and hold trip meter reset button (trip meter 1)

3) turn ignition switch to position 2 , while holding down trip meter

4) continue holding trip meter down for approx. 10 seconds until service light flashes

5) after service light flashes release trip meter button

6) turn ignition switch off

Is this right or am I missing something?
