DEQ Failure V70-XC70 1998

Had the same thing in Oregon with my xcv70, I got temp tags for a month or two and got it to pass. On volvospeed.com there is a search where you can look for the specific requirements to get it to pass. I had a hard time to do that because t ois wuite specific. Make sure that you run it with the air on and off for some ot the time.
It will pass, it just takes some fussing...plus it is worth not shelling out 300-400 bucks at a dealer for them to run it for a day and do the same things.
