cold start 850

With all of the rain you guys got lately, you may have water in the air pump. If so, just drill a drain hole.
The air pump not working should not affect gas milage. If the sensors were bad(codes) then it could mess with mpg. The pump is only there to add air to your exhaust manifold while the engine is cold, then it turns off and the engine goes to a leaner mixture.
