Got a '96 850 GLT sedan here with non functioning license plate lights. The fuse is good, and there some sort of circuit board that connects to all the rear lights. I dont seem to be getting power out of it. Any suggestions?

'93 945 turbo. A big comfy box.... and a '90 Mazda 626 GT turbo, 16psi on upgraded turbo and a bunch of other mods.
