1993 850 ecc burned up , fan on high, need TSB wiring help!

Decided to plug in my FREE ECC module today, now works 100% no flashing, all speeds, AC works great, quiet bolwer motor etc. A system that only works on high can have a BAD ECC module and NOT a blower resistor! The 2nd blower resistor I bought also works fine, I also have a manual br I mistakenly bought at junkyard.
