struts making noise 850 1993

Your strut bushings are probably worn. Not too hard a job if you have a good spring compressor. If you have 75K miles or more you may as well replace the strut shock inserts also. Put a couple of ounces of motor oil into the strut before you install the new shock. Mark the location on the hub assy to avoid any need for wheel alignments afterwards. The bushings aren't cheap so add up all the parts costs. It may be cheaper and alot easier to just buy replacement
units.
