change your pnp switch. those are the classic symptoms of it. they usually act up on very cold days. racheting you shifter might make the problem go away for a while but would definitely come back again. also while you're at it, you might want to throw in a few more bucks and have them replace your microswitch. they're in the same area and that could probably go soon too
