Drivers window switch panel fix?? V70-XC70

OK....the window button on the drivers door cluster for the pass rear window will not work to put the window DOWN, but it will work to put it up? Any clue how to fix the switch...feels like it lost some travel. The switch on that particlar door works fine some my daughter has no problem continuing to drive me INSANE with the window! Any insight?
