I had an oil leak when I bought the car second hand and thought as most people did that it was the turbo oil return line. Over the weekend I got underneath and cleaned all the gunk off and found that it was actually a hole in the sump! It was in the offside rear corner and had been chafed through by a small plastic pipe (No idea what it is) that runs fro the rear of the car to the front nearside under the wing into a canister. It appears that the pipe should be clipped to the subframe around the sump but it had unclipped itself and was rubbing on the sump corner. Surprisingly the pipe is good with no marks on it at all. I managed to glue up the hole with some epoxy metal and am hoping this holds it. I have never heard of this before so thought I would put it on the forum as it may be of some use to other Vovlo owners.
