Volvo s60 Headlight failure problem xenon upgrade S60 2003

Hey,

I installed an aftermarket xenon upgrade kit last night. When one was installed it worked just fine (did need to upgrade to 15A fuse though for the initial surge current). Once I had completed the 2nd one i flicked them on again and they only worked for about 3-5 seconds before shutting off.

I checked the 2 fuses for the dipped beam, none blown. I do sometimes get a bulb failure - dipped beam message, does this need to be reset for the lights to work again!? parking lights and high beams work fine.

I have unplugged one light and the other wont light now either, what is the next thing to check after the fuses, is there a relay or main fuse?
