Low washer Fluid light is always on even when washer is full. 850 1997

IIRC, this happened after a clusterf*ck of "fixes" at a local indie.

First we needed a washer pump. Then there was a leak to the headlight washers, and you had to hold the washer lever forever to get fluid to the windsheild. I made them put the hood check valve back in, and told them it was ok to just pull/plug the lines to the headlight washers.

Now we have washer fluid to the windsheild, but the dash light is always (Ithink) on. It balances the check engine light from my last post!

I'd like to get rid of the yellow dash lights now that I temporarily have possession of the car from my lovely spouse.... who's less concerned about these things!
