Advice on buying a 'brand new' 2000 S80 T6 S80

I have never owned a Volvo, and I've searched this car here and elsewhere about potential numerous problems with this model and year. However, I have an opportunity to buy a 2000 S80 T6 with only 5K miles. It's been garaged and is essentially brand new. Price isn't final yet, but I'm thinking it will come out at about $13K.

Given that this is still a new car, I'd appreciate any feedback as to whether I am heading for trouble if I plan to own this far 2-3 years.
