Turbo wastegate ? 850

I had the turbo rebuilt 4 months ago. It has worked fine until 2 weeks ago. Now it seems like there is no boost. I can still hear it spool up a little and the boost gauge moves but not like it should.
I think it has something to do with the wastegate does anyone know what controls it.
Any help would be great. Thanks
