Replacing battery cable S70 1998

The battery terminals look a bit messy I think I will clean them and coat with the grease this weekend. I have had no problem whatsoever with starting or electrical issues, but the battery is only 4 months old so it has lots of power. I assume that a bad cable or connectors would drain a battery faster than it should.

The car rides much sportier than my '94 850 - the 850 had softer suspension and slower turn response. The S70 is just so much better cared for over the years, it shows.

The sedan is definitely easier to park than the wagon, but I am sure there are times when I will miss the ability to fit an entire full-sized sofa in my car!
