Putting power seats on S70

I have a '94 850 with power/memory drivers seat and I'll be selling that car. I have a '98 S70 that has everything except the power seat - different uphostry. Is it possible to remove the power mechanism and install it in the new car? Or would I have to transfer the entire seat (which would not match)?
