s60 upgrade lights, suspension S60 2002

I would like to ask advice on how to upgrade/modify/tune my 2002 volvo s60 2.0T. I am thinking about the following modifications:

1. upgrading the headlights to xenons and maybe also the reverse back-up lights. Will the xenon lights give me significant improvement in visibility? is it just a matter of changing the bulb or do i have to change the whole headlight assembly?

2. upgrading the suspension. I'm thinking of changing/upgrading rubber bushings, springs, shock absorbers. which will give me the greatest improvement as far as ride comfort is concerned? where i drive, roads are very uneven and rains result in potholes.

3. changing the air filter to a sports airfilter. will sports/washable air filters result in a signicant difference as far as power and fuel efficiency are concerned?

won't any of the above modificatios result in error messages?
