Help needed 850 1994

I've just read the Bay 13 info, it says that the car should be throwing a 313 code. I checked mine and its throwing 322 and 114, I followed the instructions in the Haynes Repair Manual to clear the codes, but haven't managed so far.It also refers to what you call a PNP switch as an RPM sensor.

The 322 code says "Incorrect gear ratio for given speed"
and the 114 code says "Break in driving mode selector circuit"

I'll repeat the symtoms: Car starts and drives normally for about 5 mins then just revs in Drive and doesn't go anywhere. I have to turn off the engine and it gets going for a while and the same thing happens again. I've even tried moving the stick back and forth 20 times, but this doesn'nt seem to help.
Ps. The car only has about 60,000 miles on it and I'm the 2nd owner.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, I have no clue what to do next.

Thanks Guys
