Securing Dashboard and Contents to Car S70 2000

Can someone give me a detailed description or tell me were to find one on removing (or opening the coweling to tighten the four bolts or screws the secure the dash to the firewall at the back of the engine compartment. Do I need to remove the wipers? Should I get any clips in advance in case one is broken? I am pretty weak and not a DIY mechanic but is this something I could check out. Stuff unside the driver's side dash rattles when going over rough/choppy roads. Should I wait till I have the cabin filter replace and let the mechanic look at these bolts to see if any or loose?
