Serpentine Tensioner Replacement 850 1993

Well, the serpentine belt tensioner has been making a variety of noises as of late, so I have a new assembly ordered and on the way.

I stared at the lower bolt today and thought the power steering pulley might be in the way.

Has anyone done this procedure lately? I did a few searches here and couldn't locate a description of the process.

Is it as easy as it looks?
