Resetting non-continuous monitors to pass emission test 850

I have the instructions from Volvo to run this reset process. I have tried to do the routine several times, but with no success.

Is their someone who can tell me what unwritten conditions need to be met? For example: Can the air cond be on during the drive portion? (must be off during idle) Can you run in 1st or second gear for the test to meet the RPM and time requirements (automatic)? Do all the series of tests have to be run at once?

I have attempted to check the F ADAP (my OBD-II reader can't see that) and have run that sequence. I always check engine temp at start to make sure it is in the correct start range.

Help! I replaced the two O2 sensors to pass the emission test and now can't get the monitors to reset.

Any help is appreciated.
