1995 Volvo 850 questions 850

I'm thinking of buying a 1995 Volvo 850 GLT and wanted to know a few things about the car before buying it. Is this car as bad as the 740 model about having to change the timing belt every 50,000 miles? Is it an interference engine? On a scale of 1 to 10 how reliable is it?(10 being very reliable) What things do I need to look at when inspecting the car? Is it a good buy for $5,900.00 in great condition? How much work needs to be put into it on a regular schedule to keep it running besides oil change etc.? I appreciate any and all answers you can give me. Sorry for the long post.
