Rocker Panel Removal 850 1994

At some point in the winter ice the rocket panel on my '94 wagon took a hit and a big chunk in the middle cracked and broke off.

Now that spring has come looking to remove and replace. Before I start taking things apart does anybody out there have instructions on how to remove a rocker panel? With the door open looks like there are screw covers on the top... do I start there?

Any hints would be great!
