Recharging A/C; where's the low pressure port? 850 1996

disclaimer: level 1 DIY'er. I'm trying to recharge my AC because it's cycling on/off quickly and really isn't blowing cold air. Using ef products Quest service kit with gauge etc...

Where is the port for the low pressure side? I'm looking for a screw cap on the driver's side near the firewall, but I don't see anything above or below.
I found a port for the high pressure hose on the passenger side connecting to the receiver, but that's it.

If someone could let me know where and what to look for, I'd appreciate it. I know I'm dumb, but I guess I'm blind, too. Thanks!
