Use AMSOIL or Mobil 1 full synthetic, and change the oil every 10K, or (for Mobil 1 7500) and you'll be fine.

Changing back to non-synthetic can cause all kinds of probleme:
Your hair thins
Your teeth fall out
Your knees start creaking
You can't remember names
Mileage goes to pot
Car runs hotter
Etc.
