V40 Choking at higher RPM S40-V40

I have a 2000 V40that has overall been a splendid little car, but in the past few days it seems that a little of the get-up-and-go has, well, got up and went elsewhere. That I only really noticed when test driving it after my wife complaining about an idle RPM drop at a stoplight and a rough running, almost choking at higher RPM's. Are these symptoms of a problem with the turbo, it seems like something to do with either fuel o air delivery, air filter looks good, replaced a couple of monthes ago. Where are the fuel filters on these things?

Anyone have any ideas? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jeremy
