Remote key Fob 850

I suppose I was not doing somehting correctly...but I attempted the reset again and hit both buttons versus just one of them and made sure I was doing it well within the 15 seconds the manual says I have to accomplish the task and after hitting both buttons on each remote virtually one ofter another...it worked. Thanks for the input as I did not want to take my 1997 855 T-5 high-mileage club Volvo to the dealer for some simple, albeit in true Volvo style, expensive procedure! Thanks again for the input. dw
