Hey...look at it in a positive light...you got the ever so faulty ETM replaced for free...that was at least $1000 to replace and it was going to go sooner or later! In a way (I know the head ache and time isn't worth it) you were very very lucky for this to happen. I just hope you don't find anything they skimped on after the fact.

Glad you took it to the level you had to take it!
