Carpeting on lower front door 850 1994

Hello all--

A question re: the front door carpet: my passenger side is torn up (P.O's child??) have no real clue... does that part come off and can it be easily replaced? or will it require more work, like taking off the entire door panel? haven't attemped to remove it yet, but thought someone might be familiar with this. thanks in advance for any advice.
