headlights and other lights flicker S70 2000

You know that there is a recall for some S70 for the headlight switch? ARe you in this group...have it done?

Also, with my car, when driving at night, and I use the button to roll windows up or down I notice the headlights dim...doesn't happen with anything else electronic being used.
